Event Policy: No Refunds or Exchanges

The Fairbanks Board of Education has established a participation fee of $50 per sport for the high school. The high school athlete participating in three sports in one school year will receive a fee waiver for the third sport. The middle school fee is $25 per sport with no fee waiver for the third sport.

Spring sports participation fees must be paid prior to the March 1 or participation will be denied. 

The principal or athletic director may adjust the timeline or install a payment procedure to assist financial needs. Participation fees are non-refundable unless a medical condition arises prior to the first contest. If a student-athlete quits the team or is removed, no refund will be issued.

Students who owe outstanding school fees to Fairbanks Local Schools may be denied participation in extra-curricular/co-curricular activities

Event Policy: All school rules apply! Must arrive no later than 8:15 pm unless prior notice is given Guest form needs to be turned in by no later than Thursday May 2nd. If you leave the building, there will be no re-entry. No sales at the door the night of the event.

Jr/ Sr Prom. Promenade (announcing of attendees) will begin at 7:15 pm. See Mrs. Wygle for exact information. Light refreshments will be available at no additional cost.
